1. Nature of the Product

AuraPix AI (operated by AuraPix, Proprietor: Swaroop Bhargav, Ramdevra, Jaisalmer, Rajasthan 345023, India) provides online photography studio management software, AI-powered client galleries, cloud photo storage, and related digital tools. All deliverables are intangible digital services accessed over the internet through a web browser or Progressive Web App (PWA).

Because the product is entirely digital, this policy explains how and when access is "delivered" to you in place of a traditional shipping policy.

2. How Your Subscription Is Delivered

Delivery of AuraPix AI happens automatically and online:

• Account creation: When you register, your studio workspace is created immediately and you can log in right away at aurapix.in/login.
• 3-Day Free Trial: Full platform access is provisioned the moment you sign up — no payment and no waiting.
• Paid plans: As soon as your payment is confirmed by our payment gateway, your account is upgraded automatically and the additional storage, AI quota, and premium tools unlock in your dashboard.
• Access method: You use the service by logging in with your registered email and password. No software CD, USB, or physical media is sent.

3. Delivery Timeline

We aim for instant activation on every order:

• Standard delivery: Account access and plan upgrades are activated instantly (typically within a few seconds to a few minutes) of successful signup or payment confirmation.
• If a payment is pending verification: In the rare case your bank or UPI payment needs manual confirmation, activation is completed within a maximum of 24 hours.
• Delays: If your account is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, please contact our support team (details in Section 6) and we will resolve it on priority.

4. Delivery Confirmation

You will know your service has been delivered through:

• A confirmation shown on screen immediately after signup or payment.
• Access to your upgraded features inside the Studio Dashboard.
• A confirmation message / email sent to your registered email address (please check your spam folder if you do not see it).

5. No Shipping or Delivery Charges

Since nothing is physically shipped, no shipping, handling, courier, or delivery fees are ever charged. The price you see on our Pricing page is the complete price for digital access to the platform.
